Working Principle and Structural Characteristics of Vibrating Feeder

The GZD series vibrating feeder is built up by spring support, vibration feeding box, vibration motor, spring and motor support.

Vibration exciter is formed by two vibrating motors.

During installation, the two motors must symmetrical. Motor drives the two eccentric shafts rotate, which generates great linear exciting-vibration force; this forces the support to vibrate; by this vibration, smaller materials drop down when materials go through the vibrating trough rather than go to the crushing process.

The ZSW series vibrating feeder is built up by spring support, vibration machine support, vibration machine, spring, motor and motor support.
