Raymond Mill

Raymond Mill is suitable for grinding barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, ceramics, active carbon, carbon black, refractory material etc. Raw material Mohs hardness should be no more than 7 and humidity below 6%, besides, non-explosive & non-flammable. The final product size ranges from 30 to 325 mesh and can be adjustable.

Working Principle

First material should be crushed into the desired size by Jaw Crusher, and delivered to the Silo by Bucket Elevator. Our Designed Vibrating Feeder will feed the material into the grinding room. With the air current from the Air Blower, those powder conforms to the fineness degree will be blew into the cyclone collector and those powder that is not consistent with the desired size will return to the grinding room to be re-ground. The whole system is airtight circulation, and the circulatory flow is under the negative pressure.
