What’s the Reasons for Jaw Crusher’s Dead Halt During Work?

There are five reasons for jaw crusher’s dead halt during work:

1. the jaw crusher’s discharge opening clogged, causing chamber filled with blocking material. Clean blockages to ensure the smooth flow of the material.

2. the crusher drive sheave rotating V-belt is too loose, causing the belt to slip. Tighten or replace the V-belt can solve such problems.

3.the jaw crusher eccentric shaft adapter sleeve loose, causing the bearing on both sides of the rack without gaps, the eccentric shaft stuck, unable to rotate. Re-install or replace an adapter bushing.

4 the voltage is too low, big material can not be crushed. Adjust operating voltage to conform the requirements of the crusher.

5. bearing damage, must replace the crusher bearings.
