Conical Ball Mill Introduction:
Conical Ball Mill is the key equipment for fine grinding after material being crushed. It is widely using for cement, silicate product, construction material, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, ferrous or non-ferrous metal and glass ceramic, which it has two types Wet type and Dry type. [Feeding size: ≤20-≤25mm, Capacity: 0.65-615t/h]
Conical Ball Mill Performance Feature:
Ball mill mainly contains feeding part, discharging part, rotation part, transmission part(reducer, drive gear, motor, contrl system.) steel casting hollow shaft, exchangeable lining, gear hobbing rack wheel, wear-resisting liner plate make sure ball mill work steady and reliable.
Conical Ball Mill Working Principle:
This ball mill is horizontal type cylindric rotating device, external gear drive, two cabins. Material go through hollow shaft inside first cabin uniformly, which there are ladder or ripple liner plate where kinds of steel balls are fed inside. When the ball mill rotated, centrifugal force brings steel ball to a level and drop down to hit or grind the material. After coarse grinding in the first cabin, here comes to second cabine, there are flat liner plate and steel balls will grinding the material as final product.
