How the Decrease the Noise Coming Out of the Running Grinding Mill?
Raymond mill is the main widely used machine in the powder making industry. Sometimes during the running period of the Raymond mill, there will be some noise. The site workers should be aware of the reasons may lead to the noise and the solution to remove the noise.
1. The feeding capacity is so small that the machine runs with no load, thus lead to the abnormal vibration of the machine with noise. On that condition, the site workers should increase the feeding material to match with the feeding capacity of the Raymond mill;

The feeding size is so big that the machine cannot grind the material normally. On that condition, the site workers should fix a small
jaw crusher or hammer crusher before the Raymond mill to pre-crush the feeding material into smaller size;
3. The grinding ring and the rollers wear out badly will also lead to noise. On that condition, the site workers should change the grinding ring or rollers timely;
4. The shovels wear out badly, so the material cannot be lifted to the space between the grinding ring and rollers. On that condition, the material cannot be grinded, and the site workers should change the shovels.
5. The foundation bolts are loose, and that will lead to abnormal vibration of the machine with noise. On that condition, the site workers should fasten the foundation bolts.
