A VSI
sand making machine is a vertical shaft impact crusher, applies to most of crushing industry. VSI sand making machine mainly for quarries and gravel pits to produce aggregates or sand in good round shapes for roads and asphalt, the manufactured sand, concrete and aggregates for use in the construction industry.
Commonly used area:
1.Producing building aggregate for road surface and roadbed,asphalt concrete and cement concrete.
2.Good sand shape used for water conservancy, hydroelectric power, high-class highway, railway, bridge and municipal works.
3.Fine crushing for building materials,metallurgy, anti-fire material,cement etc.
Working Principle:
Small sized stone around (30-45mm) was fed into impeller cavity. Under great centrifugal force, the impeller hits small sized stone that coming downwards.
Then the small sized stone hit each other, and force a vortex between impeller and cavity. After small sized stone hit each other several times, then smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. The crushed stone meets the needs will be transported by conveyor belt to a named place. Big ones will go back to VSI
sand making machine for second time crush. Output sizes can be adjusted according to the customer’s requirement.
