Stone Cone Crusher
A Stone Cone Crusher is for the process of crushing rocks into smaller pieces. Stone Cone Crusher machine's unique design crushes rocks in a fraction of time, usually it would take a person to do the job by hand for a long time. Stone Cone Crushers are used in a variety of industries, such as mining and construction, they are used for medium-hard rocks. A cone crusher does not look like a cone. It actually is a large, rounded metal container with several industrial springs fitted around to its body. Cone crushers get their name from the inner-workings process, a large amount of rocks are fed from the top, but the opening gets smaller toward the bottom, where the actual crushing happens. The crushing takes place between the central shaft and a crushing plate, known as the mantle. The cone crusher is powered by electricity. These are very powerful motors, because a great deal of force is needed to crush rocks. A cone crusher's belt drives a central axle called the shaft, which moves in an eccentric pattern and is attached to the mantle. The eccentric shaft allows openings between the mantle and the crusher walls change. The rocks in this way are pressed against the walls , broken into smaller pieces and then discharged.
