Impact Crushers

 

The Mining Industry needs to process big rock, mountain stone, river stone into a required sizes as efficiently, inexpensively as possible. One way to do the job is to send big rock, mountain stone, river stone into an Impact Crusher, which breaks the stones by a rapidly rotating blow bar.

 

Impact Crushers Can be applied to primary, secondary, or three stage crushers, This depends on the required final-product-size. Impact Crushers can be stationary, track, and portable to meet the customers’ requirements. Impact Crushers produce a more uniform particle shape (cubical). Impact Crushers are also called Horizontal Shaft Impactor (HSI). 

 

Usually, large stones are fed into impact crusher, hammers on a rotating rotor which crushes the stones into smaller pieces. Impact crusher is controlled by a rotor, the higher speed the finer output will be; The smaller gap makes the particle shape more cubical.
