This week, the 100-ton per hour construction waste screening station produced for a Peruvian customer was completed. After multiple debugging and confirmation of the machine operation with the customer, the customer was very satisfied and arranged for delivery!

 

This series of crawler mobile crushing stations is specially designed and manufactured for the construction waste treatment market and sand and gravel plants. It has a sturdy ship-shaped structure design and adopts a new crawler walking technology. It can solve the problems of construction waste crushing and recycling. The HP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a product that our company uses the high-efficiency crusher principle of the cone crusher as the basis, adopts multi-cylinder hydraulic technology, and improves the performance of the spring cone crusher and its structure; it is more economical and practical to use. This series of models is mainly suitable for the crushing of stones with a hardness of no more than 300Mpa in hydro power, construction, road construction, mining, etc. The crushing ratio is large, the efficiency is high, the energy consumption is low, and the product particle size is uniform.

 

When the HP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt, drive shaft, and bevel gear pair. The moving cone makes a swing motion under the action of the eccentric sleeve, so that the moving cone and the fixed cone are sometimes close and sometimes deviated. The material is continuously squeezed and impacted in the crushing chamber and crushed, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom.
